Office Picture Manager !!top!! May 2026

If you already have an old Office 2010 license and only need to resize/crop/batch-rename JPEGs on a legacy PC, Office Picture Manager gets the job done. But for modern Windows, don’t bother installing it. Use IrfanView (free, batch-capable) or the built-in Photos app for casual edits. For serious editing, use GIMP or Photopea (in-browser).
