Hell House LLC is a lean, mean, low-budget triumph. It understands that the scariest thing in a haunted house isn’t what jumps out at you—it’s the mannequin you swore was facing the wall an hour ago. While the third act stumbles slightly, the journey there is packed with genuine, creeping terror that stays with you long after the credits roll. If you can look past the typo in the title (“Mitchell” doesn’t appear anywhere in the film), you’ll find one of the best hidden gems in modern streaming horror.
