Cart Ride Around Nothing - Script
CONDUCTOR: Welcome. You have purchased the deluxe ticket to nowhere. [Cart begins to move.] CONDUCTOR: Look around. What do you see? [Player looks: empty horizon.] CONDUCTOR: Exactly. No monsters. No treasures. No sad backstory hidden in a diary. [Cart creaks.] CONDUCTOR: People ask, “Why would I ride a cart around nothing?” CONDUCTOR: Because you’re tired. Tired of saving worlds. Tired of fetch quests. Tired of “chosen one” narratives. CONDUCTOR: This ride has no lore. No final boss. No achievement except this: [Cart stops mid-loop.] CONDUCTOR: You are allowed to do nothing. CONDUCTOR: Sit here. Breathe. The cart will keep circling. The nothing will keep being nothing. CONDUCTOR: And that, traveler, is the rarest thing in any universe. [Player can press any key to exit – or stay forever.] 3. Absurdist Stage Play Script (5 minutes) Title: Around Nothing in 80 Seconds
