Settings → General → “Remind me to take a break.” Set it to 15 minutes. When it pops up, close the tab. No negotiation. No “this site is restricted
But if you find yourself watching “Guy Ranks Every Fast Food Nugget” for 45 minutes… no judgment. Just close the tab and try again tomorrow.
If you really want a break, open a private window. Watch your guilty pleasure video. Then close the entire window. Your main session stays clean, and the algorithm doesn’t learn your weaknesses.
