To access files inside an iCloud backup, you must restore the backup to an iPhone or use iCloud.com (limited data). If you cannot find the MobileSync\Backup folder, you may have never backed up to that computer, or the backup was deleted. Connect your iPhone, open Finder/iTunes, and click Back Up Now to create a fresh backup — then check the folder again.
