Tinker Bell learns the winter fairy is named Periwinkle (Wink). They discover a strange connection: whenever they touch, their wings glow and emit magical sparks. They realize they are sisters — they were born from the same laugh of a baby (the origin of all fairies) and split into two separate fairies, one for warm seasons and one for winter.
Tinker Bell devises a plan. She and her tinker friends build a glider to help lift the frost crystal.
