At approximately 10:40 AM, Facilities received a work order reporting a strange noise and light steam emanating from the ground floor men’s restroom. Upon investigation at 10:45 AM, the toilet fixture (B2-G-M-01) was found with visible cracks running vertically along the bowl from the rim to the trapway.
