Leo knew what the manual said: Replace the H.100 card. But the H.100 card was in a parts bin that had been recycled in 2016. He had to hack it.

But this console was real . When the internet went down, the PBX kept dialing. When the power failed, the battery bank kept the T1 cards ticking. And when a doctor needed to call a code blue to the OR, Leo and his green-screen console were the silent, unbreakable bridge.
