Go to the official OXVA download page (Link below). Step 2: Download the Xlim Update Tool and the new .hex firmware file . Step 3: Run the tool. Click "Connect Device." Step 4: Plug your Xlim into the USB-C port (use the cable that came with the device). Step 5: Click "Open File" and select the .hex file you downloaded. Step 6: Click "Update." Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%.
