The curl track. Spring TX often features a “gamer” track here—lots of 8s, 4s, and 2s to fatigue the muscle. And to my Texas pumpers—represent that Spring TX energy
Check your local gym’s group fitness schedule for “BODYPUMP” and look for the “New Release” or “Launch” class. Grab a mat, a step, a bar, and a towel (you will need it). We all know it’s Track 7
Rows and deadlifts. In the Spring release, watch for a tempo change —slow up, fast down—to really target the lats.
Back to the bench. Expect a slow, grinding push-up track followed by fast chest presses.
Weight comes off the bar. Fast, small pulses behind the head. The “skull crusher” position. Burn city.
