Latest Movies Released In Kerala Theatres 2025 [patched] -

Thriller lovers, family audiences (skip the A-rated ones), and anyone who wants to see why Mollywood is India’s most exciting film industry right now.

If you love Malayalam cinema – or just great storytelling – the first half of 2025 in Kerala theatres is well worth your time and ticket money. Go for the craft, stay for the audience energy. Just avoid the obvious star vehicles unless you're a die-hard fan.

Not everything works – "Superstar 2.0" (the Mohanlal cameo vehicle) felt overstuffed with fan service and a weak plot. And "Lal Jose’s Return" tries too hard to recapture 2000s magic but ends up feeling dated.
