The annual Sky-high Carnival has lost its guiding star—a glowing weather vane shaped like a comet. Without it, the hot air balloons can’t navigate the night winds. While the grown-ups search from above, Jamie notices tiny clues: a trail of gumdrop footprints leading toward the Whispering Woods.
