This week’s episode of CBS’s Ghosts , titled "The Tree," tackles a surprisingly high-stakes (for a comedy) piece of real estate: the massive, ancient oak tree in the backyard of Woodstone Mansion. Sam and Jay are trying to make the B&B dream work, but the old oak is dropping branches on guests’ cars and blocking the perfect view for a potential wedding photo op.
