While manufacturers provide the material science, the "EDCO ArrowLine Certified Installer" functions as the critical human variable determining long-term performance. This research explores the unique technical demands, the proprietary installation methodology, the economic value of specialization, and the latent risks of non-certified labor. We argue that the ArrowLine installer is not merely a roofer but a systems integrator whose value is codified in warranty language. 1.
