We turned off the constant "re-routing" pings. We stopped interrupting drivers with "optimized" changes while they were parallel parking. We learned that a bad plan executed perfectly is better than a perfect plan changed three times mid-route.

Between you and me (and the 2,000 drivers reading this), the real breakthrough wasn't AI. It wasn't electric vans.

If you are a dispatcher reading this: Stop looking at the clock. Look at the map. Look for the gaps. Look for the turn that doesn't make sense.
