Yes, but only if your IT team handles the initial setup. For end-users, once you’re in, the frustration fades. Just don’t forget your password on a Friday afternoon.
However, the first time sign-in is where things get interesting. Destin8 requires a strict password protocol (12 characters, upper/lower, number, special character—fine by me) and a mandatory security question setup. This takes about three minutes. It’s a nuisance, but given that we’re handling sensitive BOLs and container numbers, I’d rather have that than a data breach.
