I'm assuming you are referring to the book "Chemical Calculations: The Hartree-Fock Method with the Chemical Bond as a Guiding Concept" by H. Benson Harris (also known as Harold Benson) but likely you are referring to Frank Benson or more likely still, possibly Hugh C. Benson or possibly just plain Benson in some document not easily referenced.
