Overview Released as part of the Creative Cloud ecosystem in June 2014, Adobe After Effects CC (2014) represented a unique transitional phase for the software. Unlike later updates that aggressively removed legacy features, this version served as a "bridge" release—offering modern performance improvements, new text and shape engine enhancements, and a refined UI, while still retaining robust support for older formats and workflows.
